Executive Coaching
I partner with senior executives to define their leadership vision, embrace growth opportunities, and navigate change.

I've had the privilege of working one on one with leaders in management consulting, law, Fortune 500 & corporate, technology & growth startups, government & public-benefit, and higher education.

What is Executive Coaching
Coaching is the process of partnering with a client in a thought-provoking, inquiry-based manner to help them move forward with their most important, self-selected goals.

Executive Coaching is focused on helping leaders evolve their mindset and behaviors to elevate performance. Leaders drive organizations, and optimizing for strengths and expanding capability is key to improving their organizational outcomes.

Firms that use coaching as a developmental tool as part of their overall talent management strategy can see an immediate impact in effectiveness and overall performance at the individual, team, and institutional level—with lasting results.
What is Involved
Within this process, my role as a coach is to be present; to offer questions that help a leader articulate a challenge, define a successful outcome, explore dimensions of the challenge, uncover insights and affirm learnings, and translate learnings into actions.

The role of the leader is to be equally present; to bring a development mindset; to ideally know what they would like to work on; and to act on their learning.
Engagement Structures
Individual: One-on-one coaching engagements are typically in increments of three, six, or twelve months, with two to three sessions per month. The cost and length of each engagement are dependent on the seniority of the colleague and the area of focus.

On Demand: This is a flexible solution designed for a firm or organization that wants to reach a large pool of colleagues who have varied coaching needs that require different timelines. By investing in a bundle of pre-paid sessions, colleagues can access a personal coach when they need support throughout the year.

Group: This entails designing and delivering broader coaching initiatives to support groups of individuals, typically those in the same cohort encountering similar growth opportunities.
Coaching vs. Consulting
A coach is different from a capacity-building consultant.

A consultant is an expert who offers information and often gives expert advice—based on their experience—to support a client. A coach asks questions that uncover insights to empower the client to get from where they are to where they want to be. A coach may spend more time helping the client learn than a consultant would.

A consultant is a content expert, while a coach is a process expert.
